In 2000 I moved from my hometown of Sayre Pennsylvania to Raleigh where I began my career as Mortgage Broker! After only 1 year as a loan officer I was recruited to manage a Durham based brokerage firm where he I was instrumental in growing that business from 6 employees to 60 in 4 different states. In 2004 I decided to open Triangle Lending Group.
As a loan officer I found my niche working with real estate investors & non conventional lending scenarios. I applied this knowledge of real estate investing personally both here in the Triangle and on the coast of North Carolina. Having the knowledge of lender, borrower, investor, home owner, buyer & seller has enabled me to pass on to clients and employees the best insight ensuring their best interest with every loan.
Outside of the office when I am not in Pennsylvania visiting my family I enjoy Golfing, Deep Sea Fishing, watching Penn State Football & the Carolina Hurricanes.

Before entering the mortgage arena Chuck spent 4 and a half years working as a full time real estate agent. A brief detour into technology and corporate America brought him full circle back into the world of Real Estate, this time as a loan originator. Now over four years later Chuck attributes his success to the lessons learned in Real Estate. Having been the realtor, buyer and now lender he understands intimately his clients� needs for clarity and performance � And he delivers! His approach at Triangle Lending Group is consultative, helping his clients determine the ideal lending solution for their family and their finances. Repeat business and referrals are testimonial to the high level of satisfaction his clients enjoy. A resident of Raleigh since 1997 Chuck is involved in the Garner Midday Rotary and spending time with his children.

Originally from Huntersville, NC, I have lived in Raleigh for 6 years now. I have been in the mortgage business for 4 years. I started with Triangle Lending group in July of 2004 as the Loan Processor & love every minute of it, I have become known as �Biz� in and outside the office! I share my home with my loving husband, Matt and our beautiful daughter, Harper. We are due with our 2nd child in Oct of 2006. When not in the office I enjoy vacationing at the beach, snow skiing, and spending time with family and friends.

Originally from Michigan I was raised in the heart of North Carolina! Dedication & creativity have brought me to the successful position that I hold today with Triangle Lending group. On a day to day basis at Triangle Lending Group I am providing updated information about our loan programs, wonderful mortgage specialists, & what is happening around TLG to assist in making what could be a difficult process a little less stressful.
In my spare time I enjoy being outdoors, spending time with family & friends, and of course supporting the Carolina Hurricanes and NC State Wolfpack!

I have lived in the Raleigh area with my wife Maria for the past 12 1/2 years after moving from the northeast shortly after getting married in 1993. We had our first child, a daughter, 2 years ago and enjoy her everyday. In early 2005 I decided to make a career change and do something that would impact people�s lives. I chose to be a Loan Officer with Triangle Lending Group because I can reduce the stress of financial burden or help people realize their dream of homeownership.
Prior to becoming a Loan Officer I enjoyed a 20 year career in the wholesale food industry both owning and managing distribution companies. When I�m not working I enjoy spending quality time with my daughter, playing golf, Carolina Panthers football, and doing home improvement projects. We have recently moved from Raleigh to Wake Forest where my family and I are members of St. Catherine of Siena RCC in Wake Forest.

Craig has used his background as a financial advisor with UBS PaineWebber to offer loan programs that fit each families specific financing needs. He understands the critical importance of protecting your assets. His goal with each client is complete satisfaction, to the point where they want to send friends and family his way. He accomplishes this by fully explaining the entire loan process on the front end while taking the loan application. This has resulted in 90% of his current business coming from past clients and real estate referral partners. You are in caring and capable hands with Craig securing your financing.
Craig is very happily married to his wife Nikki. They have two wonderful children, Jack and Preston and reside in Wake Forest, NC. He is an active member of Hope Lutheran Church and the Rotary Club of Wake Forest. Craig graduated from Purdue University in 1997

I�m not only at Triangle Lending Group to do loans, but to properly place clients into a mortgage that helps them meet their financial needs and goals.
When I�m away from the office I enjoy spending time with my wife and child at the beach usually sitting on the dock fishing with my 6 year old. I�m an avid golfer and also enjoying playing in a softball league
but my main enjoyment away from work is raising my 6 year old who loves golf as well.

After graduating from Western Michigan University with a Business Education degree, Joe decided it was time to move from his home state to explore southern living. He taught high school business and coached wrestling at Panther Creek High School before moving on to learn the mortgage business. He is excited to be here and looks forward to working with you!
When not at TLG, Joe enjoys going to concerts and sporting events, going to the beach, playing sports, skiing, camping, hunting, and fishing. During the winter months his time is spent coaching wrestling.

I moved to the Raleigh area a short time ago. I come from a company I was with for 12 years in the Pennington area of New Jersey. I have been a mortgage specialist for 13 years and am very excited to be able to help customers in North Carolina realize their dream of owning a home. I pride myself in making sure a customer is fitted with the best possible mortgage for their needs. The greatest compliment I receive is when a client refers me to a family member or friend. This means I have fulfilled my responsibility to a customer.

I joined triangle lending group in 2007 when I moved to North Carolina. Having two years of project management experience in IBM and other companies, I chose my career in the real estate financing area as a full-time loan officer. I believe in "service is my bussiness" and "building relationship is more important than doing a deal", so most of my current success comes from the quality service and referral of past clients.
Outside of work, I enjoying being a mom and telling stories to my lovely son, listening to his creative talk and blogging his grow-up. I also love travelling and camping with my husband and family, chating with friends, decorating my home, reading and music.
