Q. Can property taxes be included in the escrow account?
A. The escrow account will cover regular tax payments, but not special assessments such as a supplemental tax that may be charged after the purchase of the property.
Q. Where do I get information regarding property tax exemption?
A. Please contact your local Office of the Assessor-Recorder for further information on exemptions and other property tax assistance programs that are available in your area.
Q. I received my property tax bill. What should I do with it?
A. Mail the bill to the address on the billing statement.
